Inter are reportedly on the verge of completing their financing agreement with Oaktree, as the holding company appointed new managers.
The Nerazzurri have been in negotiations with various funds for some time, and Oaktree have now overtaken Bain Capital.
According to Calcio e Finanza, there are some signs that Inter are getting ready to move rapidly over the next few days.
The clue is the introduction of Silvana Fernandez Retortillo and Qian Zhao as new managers on the board of Great Horizon.
Chen Yan, representing Suning, has also been added as a Class A administrator.
Great Horizon is the holding company that effectively controls Inter, based in Luxembourg, and run by Suning.
