Milan legend Alessandro Costacurta gives his verdict on the spat between Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Romelu Lukaku and says Gigio Donnarumma is the best goalkeeper in the world.
The Milan and Inter strikers were involved in a scuffle during Tuesday’s Coppa Italia derby clash.
“I used to do worst things than that,” Costacurta told Sky Sport.
“[Mauro] Tassotti had taught me how to annoy the opponents: turn one around, check the name printed on his back and ask him who he was.”
The former Milan defender was impressed by Gigio Donnarumma in the Rossoneri’s 2-1 win over Bologna on Saturday, but is he the best goalkeeper in the world?
“Absolutely yes,” said Costacurta.
“He is up there with [Manuel] Neuer.”
Milan remain the Serie A table leaders enjoying a two-point lead over Inter.
The Nerazzurri snatched all three points yesterday with a 4-0 win over Benevento at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.
