MILAN – Dutchman Kevin Blom – an international referee since 2005 – will take charge of Neftchi PFK v Inter on Matchday 2 of the 2012/13 UEFA Europa League, Thursday 4 October at Baku’s Tofiq Bahramov Stadium (kick-off 21:00 local time, 18:00 CET).
The 38-year-old official has already refereed the Nerazzurri on two occasions (5 August 2006, Inter 3-2 Porto in the Amsterdam Tournament and 9 August 2008, Ajax 0-1 Inter in the same competition).
His assistants will be Berry Simons (NED) and Davie Goossens (NED), while Bas van Dongen (NED) will be the fourth official. Danny Makkelie (NED) and Tom van Sichem (NED) are the additional assistant referees.
