The 39-year-old has overseen 28 Milan games during his career as a referee and has responsible 21 times with Roma on the pitch.
Milan beat Roma 2-1 the last time Guida was responsible when the 2 clashed in 2018-19, with none cards or penalties given within the match.
Elsewhere, Fabio Maresca has been given Hellas Verona’s game against Juventus, with Daniele Chiffi overseeing Inter-Genoa on Sunday.
