The Serie B game between Pordenone and Pisa has been postponed after a COVID outbreak.
Pordenone made the request following a series of positive tests within the squad.
In accordance with the protocol, Pordenone were ready to ask the Lega Serie B for a postponement and it had been granted.
The game was due to take off on Saturday March 20 and can now be rescheduled.
Much like Inter’s Serie A match against Sassuolo, it had been postponed because there’s a rapid spread of positive cases.
There were two cases, followed by another three within 48 hours.
The so-called English variant of COVID spreads faster and simply , making it more likely to cause an epidemic than when the protocol was first designed last year.
