There are still a couple of doubts for both Milan and Inter coaches going into the Derby della Madonnina, but Ante Rebic and Christian Eriksen have the advantage.
It kicks off on Sunday at 14.00 GMT, click here for a match preview.
The Rossoneri are without Mario Mandzukic and Ismael Bennacer, who picked up injuries during Thursday’s 2-2 Europa League draw away to Red Star Belgrade.
Brahim Diaz is back in the squad, but the main decision awaiting Stefano Pioli is between Rebic and Rafael Leao.
Sky Sport Italia and Gazzetta dello Sport point to Rebic, but Sportitalia tip Leao.
The others seem to be locked down, with Alexis Saelemaekers and Hakan Calhanoglu supporting Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The only doubt in the Inter squad would seem to be fitness-related, as Arturo Vidal is coming back from a knock to the knee, while Stefano Sensi is again ruled out.
If the Chilean does not start, then Eriksen is the favourite to take over, having impressed in recent weeks in a ‘double pivot’ system with Marcelo Brozovic.
The Dane also scored the stoppage-time winner when Inter beat Milan 2-1 in the Coppa Italia quarter-final last month.
Ivan Perisic also seems to have pushed back competition from Ashley Young for the left wing-back slot, with Achraf Hakimi untouchable on the right.
There are no doubts on the front two, as Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez lead the way.
