Zlatan Ibrahimovic has returned to the Milan training ground for the first time since his COVID-19 diagnosis.
The Swede had tested positive on September 24 and remained at home for over two weeks, as he was finally given the all-clear yesterday.
According to Milannews.it, Zlatan was spotted at the Milanello training ground today, in his first foray out of the house since the quarantine order was lifted.
He said hello to teammates and staff, although many of them were away on international duty.
Ibrahimovic is due to resume training tomorrow and hopes to be fit for next Saturday’s Derby della Madonnina with Inter.
Before the virus struck, he had scored three goals in just two games between Serie A and the Europa League this season.
