The Brazilian is enjoying life at San Siro and is determined to help his side finish the season as strongly as possible
Inter star Hernanes says he is starting to understand how things work at the club following his January move to from Lazio.
The Brazilian has made a solid start to his Nerazzurri career, scoring once in eight Serie A starts and feels he is settling well into his new surroundings.
“I’m starting to understand the dimensions of the club,” the 28-year-old told Inter Channel.
“Everyone has congratulated me for coming and it has been great. You can see the supporters who always back us. Their passion motivates me.”
Inter travel to Sampdoria on Sunday and Hernanes says he is determined to help his new team finish the season as positively as possible.
“We have already begun preparing for Sunday’s match. We want to be ready for the finale of the season.
“I can see quality in our team. I arrived here with a few problems but now I feel ready to help. I have confidence and I am ready.”
