The nominees have been announced for the Gran Gala del Calcio, including Gian Piero Gasperini, Simone Inzaghi and Roberto De Zerbi for coach of the season.
The awards are voted for by the players in Serie A, but also a jury of coaches, referees and journalists.
It’ll see a final list of the Ideal XI for the 2019-20 season, along with best player in each role.
The short-list for coach of the season has been whittled down to Atalanta’s Gasperini, Lazio’s Simone Inzaghi and Sassuolo boss De Zerbi.
Atalanta and Lazio are also in the running for club of the season, along with Scudetto-winners Juventus.
This is usually a big event, but due to the on-going pandemic, there will be no awards ceremony this year.
