Adolfo Gaich wants to follow in Hernan Crespo and Gabriel Omar Batistuta’s footsteps, his agent claims.
The 22-year-old joined Benevento within the January transfer window on loan with an choice to buy.
On Sunday, he scored the winner against Juventus at the Allianz Stadium.
“He is enjoying the moment. He knows it had been a crucial goal. He received a warm welcome, and he’s reaping the rewards of his job,” his agent Pablo Caro told FcInterNews.
“He may be a strong player with great skills. he’s happy in Benevento. The room is united, and everybody is working for a common target.”
The Argentinean striker was linked with Inter, Juventus and Milan in January.
“There was an interest, but nothing concrete. Now we are happy in Benevento,” the agent claimed.
“Hopefully, he’ll have a bright future in Serie A. Like Batistuta at Fiorentina, or Crespo at Parma and Inter, and there are numerous other examples.
“We hope we will have similar opportunities. We’ll see what happens, hoping to hitch a top club like Milan, Juventus or Roma at some point.
