Spinelli revealed the news in an interview with Radio Kiss Kiss.
“Nelson Rivas is officially ours, we are just waiting for [Marco] Branca’s signature,” he said. “Rivas is great and I guarantee he is not the player we saw at Inter in the last few seasons, he will play alongside [Marcus] Diniz.
“Livorno are one of the clubs who will fight to avoid relegation. With the purchase of Rivas and Mozart we are fine.”
