Ledesma to snub Inter in favour of Lazio stay

The midfielder’s agent, Vincenzo D’Ipollito, insists the player’s intention is to prolong his career with the Rome outfit, although he did not rule out a future move

Cristian Ledesma is ready to snub a move to Inter in favour of staying at Lazio, according to the player’s agent.

The 30-year-old midfielder has impressed throughout the campaign for the European hopefuls, and has reportedly attracted interest from the Nerazzurri as well as the likes of Manchester City.

Ledesma, however, is keen to prolong his stay in the Italian capital despite interest from various clubs, according to his representative Vincenzo D’Ipollito.

“I am very happy for Cristian. He is doing really well with Lazio.  I know some teams are following him,” he told Sportal

“Inter? Anything is possible, but he is happy at Lazio. Our intention is to extend the adventure in Rome. Ledesma will remain at Lazio.”
