?Spain and Athletic Bilbao’s young attacker Inaki Williams continues to be tracked by Inter Milan. According to Sport Italia, reported via ?Forza Italian Football, the Milanese club are expected to follow-up their interest by meeting with Bilbao’s representatives in the coming days.

The Nerazzurri, currently managed by Luciano Spalletti, are thought to be making wholesale changes to their squad before the transfer window closes, due to recently having to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations before the June 30 deadline.

One target being touted for a move to the San Siro is the 23-year-old Williams, who most recently starred during Spain’s quest for glory during the European Under-21 Championships.

By all accounts, Williams can be deployed as both a winger and a striker, and his versatility is said to be admired by Inter’s sporting director Walter Sabatini. Last season, he scored eight goals in 49 games.

Despite not achieving an overtly impressive goal-return after so many appearances last campaign, his lofty valuation of £43m is but one indication of how highly he is rated, and the potential many in Europe see in him.

His most recent moment of brilliance came during the Under-21 Championships in Poland, where in a game against rivals Portugal, Inaki picked up by the ball near the halfway line.

He then proceeded to dribble past a host of helpless Portuguese players, before rifling a well-placed shot into the net, giving an illustration of just how good he can be.
