OFFICIAL: Milito signs for Inter!

Genoa striker, Diego Milito, is from today Inter Milan player.

He signed four-year contract which will run out on 30.06.2013.

In deal of Argentinian striker, Robert Aquafresca will go in the opposite direction.

This is confirmed by FC Internazionale official site.

Adriano about Inter

“Balotelli will be a great player if he puts his head in place,” Adriano told La Gazzetta dello Sport.

“I rarely follow the reports that come from Italy… but with Thiago Motta and hopefully Felipe Melo, Inter can have a great season.

“On top of winning the Scudetto, Inter are also in a position to focus on the Champions League.

“Last season, we lacked a little experience. We played well in the game against the English, but then we were a little nervous in the second leg and Manchester United showed themselves to be superior.”

“Of all the trainers I have had up until now, Jose Mourinho was the best. I learnt a lot from him and I have not forgotten that already in 2008 he was against my sale,” Adriano concluded.

Parma sign Biabiany

Parma President Tommaso Ghirardi has announced the signing of versatile Inter youngster Jonathan Biabiany.

Our 21-year-old Frenchman, who can play in midfield and attack, has been with Inter since 2006.

He spent last season on loan with Modena and scored three goals in 18 appearances.

Biabiany certainly suits the model Parma are trying to implement.

The Gialloblu want a young and enthusiastic team for next season.

Parma have already extended the part-ownership arrangement they have with Milan for 19-year-old striker Alberto Paloschi.

They were also linked with Roberto Acquafresca until he decided to join Atalanta.

Arna very close

Marko Arnautovic confirmed that he is looking foward to play for Inter:

“Mourinho called me. Twente know that I only want to go to Inter.”

“Zlatan is my idol, but let’s make no comparisons because I still have a lot to learn.

“Inter are a dream,” he concluded.

Today, he maded medical exam, and last reports told us that he did well.

Maicon also staying?

According to our source, Mario Balotelli told that Maicon will for sure stay at Inter Milan.

“I think he will stay at Inter. He’s a great player.”

PS. Deco and Carvalho very close.

Two youngerest in Italy national squad

David Santon, our young left back told the press that Mario Balotelli will also be called to Italian first national team.

“It was a nice experience, I was with some great champions,” said the Inter player on his return to Italy, “but I was a bit unlucky because I should have played the third match and I hurt my knee in training.”

We didn’t do our best in this tournament and we come home a bit disappointed but it’s important to do well next year. There are many youngsters who can play at high levels. It’s important to give them a chance and I hope they get more and more.”

“I think Mario was ready for this call-up too, but perhaps he has had the wrong attitude at times,” said Santon. “But I think he’s a great champion, he will certainly change and we will see him in the national team very soon.”

Acqua on loan to Atalanta

According to newspapers from Italy, Genoa sent him on loan to Atalanta.

Acquafresca is currently at the European Under-21 Championship in Sweden where he has made quite an impression.

He has scored three goals in three games and consequently helped book Italy’s place in the semi-finals.

To our former player, we wish all luck.

Jose did his job

Jose Mourinho told Ibrahimovic to swith agent according to reports, and just after one day, Zlatan told the press that he is not leaving Inter.

Probably, his agent told him that there are no offers, or Ibra told him that they shouldn’t do this anymore.

Maybe, it’s only because the coach told him to clear himself until the preparations in USA starts for next season.

“I am seeing my friends, we are organising a trip abroad. I read the papers and I am resting. From time to time, I call my agent [Mino] Raiola and I ask him, ‘Is this or that true?’

“He laughs and says, ‘No.’ I see and hear many things. It’s fun reading that one day I am in Madrid, the next in Barcelona or London. The thing is that today my future is Inter.

“But anything can happen. No one can guarantee you the future. But for now there is just Inter.”

Maxwell stays

Maxwell joined Inter from Ajax in 2006, spending one year with Empoli on-loan before featuring under then coach Roberto Mancini. Overall, he has made nearly 80 appearances for the club in Serie A.

“Something is moving and the situation has changed,” said Raiola.

“I spoke to the directors yesterday and I can confirm their position is different now. We are working to extend the current contract, which would be expiring in June 2010.

“Still we are negotiating so there is not a deadline yet and I can’t say whether he will stay for definite,” added Raiola.

The reason behind these negotiations could be Douglas Maicon, if the Brazilian was to leave San Siro then Santon would move to his natural right-back position and Maxwell would return to being a regular on the left side.

Raiola is also the agent of Chievo’s Kerlon, another Inter-owned player. The youngster will be loaned out once again before taking a final decision regarding his future.

“He has a four-year contract with the Nerazzurri. Kerlon is a fantastic player and will no doubt become one of the best. Inter will wait the end of next season before deciding his future,” concluded Raiola.

Balotelli banned for Italy U21

Mario Balotelli can count himself lucky after the UEFA decided to ban him for just one game following his sending off against Sweden.

The Inter striker will consequently miss tomorrow’s match against Belarus but will be ready for the semi-final, if the Azzurrini manage to reach that stage.

Balotelli lost his cool against Sweden when, after scoring a wonderful opener for Italy, he stepped over an opponent hitting him on the shin pads.

However, Gabriele Gravini, FIGC team manager in Sweden, tried to justify the youngsters actions.

“Mario did something wrong but the Swedish provoked him. We expect only a one match ban.”

Gravini’s theory must have been influential on the court’s decision, considering that the Swedes did nothing to hide their intents.

The day before the match their players claimed they were going to attack SuperMario and try to make him react. Even after the game the Swede who clashed with Balotelli said he wasn’t hurt and that the Italian didn’t really touch him.
